Easy Celebrate circle card

Paper Panther here: Today I have my card from the Celebrate The Occasion Challenge blog Design Team! Circle card. Any themse- sounds easy right? It is.on this card I made flags by using toothpicks sand ribbon folded across it and bound with glue dots- yay for glue dots! The celebrate is a chipboard piece.
I plan on giving it to my 5th grader after her first day of school today. Hopefully she will survive :)
Now go and enter your circle card!! Have a great day!
