I used Bobunny's new paper and Once upon a Princess cartridge to cut the tags out. I used the skull scroll embossing folder to emboss the back tag. I used a script stamp to stamp the bazzil. 
A dragonfly stamp was put on the front tag using vintage photo distress ink and then stickled with stickles. Tea dye crackle paint was placed around the card and then Pine Needles distress ink was rubbed over it when it crackled. The flowers were added and I used Liquid Glass on the dragon fly and over parts of the crackle paint.
