Believe Feminine Card with Tim Holtz Rays folder and Smooch

Celebrate the Occasion has their weekly challenge up again and this time it is all about Mother's Day. My card is a little different than the usually sweet cards for Mom. I wanted to show how I 'get' that no matter how old you are you still have dreams and want them to come true. I want all my Mom's dreams to come true. She has been through a lot with/from me :)

I used my Sizzix Texture Embossing Purse- which I LOVE! I also used a Tim Hotlz Alterations Embossing Folder: Rays that I bought with Rayna at the scrapbook expo. purple Smooch for the dress. 4 of the stamps were Dawn Houser, and the flourish was by Rhonna Farrer. Tattered Angels Viva Pink made it shimmer and that is basically the jest of it. I do have a video tutorial uploading soon- but it has had a hard time processing.
