One of my favorite traditions is celebrating the 4th of July with family and friends. We all get together and spend the evening talking and catching up. We end the night listening to some great patriotic songs & watching the amazing fireworks show that the city provides. For my project, I made a layout that celebrates this fun holiday!
I used the Sew Easy stitch piercer and some blue floss to sew around the star. Then I used some ribbon and different fibers to make a firework. It was a fun layout to make!
A blog hop is always more fun when there's CANDY involved right?? :) Well, we've got tons of prizes! There's a chance for you to win at each blog and there's also a chance to win a grand prize at Sweet Magnolia Rose! All you have to do is create a family themed project and add it to the Linkz button on her page. Her contest ends April Fools Day to give everyone enough time to make a project to add. Best Wishes to everyone who enters!
I'm also giving away some candy which is a We R Memory Keepers Sew Easy Stitch Piercer & some Sew Easy blue floss! I love this tool, and I actually used one just like it on my project :)
All you have to do for your chance to win is leave me a comment telling me your favorite family tradition. Don't forget to leave me a way to contact you in case you are the lucky winner! Also, if you happen to like what you see on my blog and would like to become a follower, that would be awesome too, but it's not required for your chance to win. :)
I'll announce the winner of the blog candy on Tuesday, March 22nd! Well, my blog just about wraps things up so be sure to go back to Misty's blog at Sweet Magnolia Rose and enter to win the awesome prizes she has for you there. Thanks for hopping with us today!

What a fun layout! My favorite family tradition happens on Thanksgiving. We always watch the Macy's parade. The minute we see Santa at the end...it's officially Christmas time. We start decorating for Christmas right after Thanksgiving lunch. This is great, because if my hubby had his way, we'd be decorating in July. :o) Thanks for the chance to win!

Super layout and beautiful giveaway!!!
Greetings from Germnay, Iryna ( kittirin)!
How neat!!! I have not really done much for the 4th of July :0( Since I was little. This year I am taking my family to Mountain View, AR for the 4th. Every year people come from all over to set up lawn chairs and play music and chair hop from group to group in down town Moutain View. I have only been once myself and can't wait to take them this year.
What a great L/O, I love the star, it just jumps right out at ya! Nice Job! TFS

you created a beautiful and fun layout. :)
This LO is awesome! I love your paper choices! You have such an eye for it! I always love the patterns you pair together! Great work on the firework! It's so cute! We run a 5K on the 4th. I've missed it a few times over the last few years because I've been too pregnant every other year to run it but I still go and watch! Then we have a picnic at the river lot and watch fireworks! It's always a fun day!
Very patriotic layout! Thanks for linking The Paper Variety - it would be awesome if you could credit Jana's sketch challenge. Thanks!

What a wonderful project! I love 4th of July.
One of my favorite family traditions is that every time we travel anywhere we purchase a Christmas tree ornament. Then when we decorate the tree each Christmas, we remember lots of fun times together.
I have enjoyed 'meeting' you through this hop!
