This week at Celebrate the Occasion, our challenge is to make a project with the theme Kid's Birthday. I used paper from the Close to My Heart Zippidee collection and made this fun birthday card with a Disney theme. My whole family is full of huge Disney fans so I'm sure it won't be too hard to find someone to give this to in the near future :)
I used a chipboard star in the sentiment and sponged it with Honey colored ink. I also strung some blue waxy flax through the buttons and added this great fuzzy trim also from Close to my Heart. It was a fun card to make using all these bright colors!
Make sure you come and join us this week at Celebrate the Occasion for this fun challenge and to check out all the fabulous work from the rest of the awesome Design Team!! All you need to do is create a card, layout or other project and post it by Sunday, August 7th, 11:59pm (EST). The winner will be selected and entered into the monthly drawing!
