Penny's Anything Goes Challenge

For this challenge at Penny's Paper Challenge I got the opportunity to use the Stitchy Bear image called 'Who Me?' These vibrant colors worked great together after I colored the image with my watercolor pencils. She is definitely a beautiful spring fairy!
