Penny's I Love You Mom Challenge

This week at Penny's Paper Challenge we're having an "I Love You Mom" challenge. I was able to use this cute shopping girl image from Bugaboo, which is our sponsor this month. I loved this scalloped circle on my cricut and it made a fun shaped card!
